On trouve un taxi pour la journ\u00e9e pour partir vers le site de Moray. Le site \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque une zone d&rsquo;agriculture avec des micro climats diff\u00e8rents sur chaque \u00e9tages. Le temps de faire le tour du propri\u00e9taire et on remonte dans notre taxi en direction des fameuses salines. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les guide de voyage, c&rsquo;est un lieu incontournable dans la r\u00e9gion de Cusco ! Qu&rsquo;\u00e0 cela ne tienne, on va voir ce que \u00e7a vaut ! On n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9\u00e7u en arrivant sur place : on surplombe plus de 500 bassins blancs et marron ocre \u00e0 flanc de montagne. On parcourt ces salines pendant un petit moment le temps de profiter du paysage (et des nuages mena\u00e7ants qui approchent) de faire quelques photos et acheter un peu de sel ! On a toujours besoin de sel&#8230; Retour sur Cusco pour d\u00e9couvrir le dernier site de notre journ\u00e9e, le temple Sacsayhuaman sur les hauteurs de la ville. La pr\u00e9cision de la d\u00e9coupe des pierres est impressionnantes sur des blocs de pierre \u00e9normes ! On cl\u00f4ture la journ\u00e9e avec une d\u00e9gustation gastronomique locale : du cochon d&rsquo;Inde ! Verdict : un beau visuel bien naturel (voir photo), un go\u00fbt de poulet mais surtout tr\u00e8s peu de viande et plut\u00f4t gal\u00e8re \u00e0
